Medicor is a socially conscious company committed to the betterment of society and dedicated to advancing humankind through science and technology. Our Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSRs) touch three areas; our community, our environment, and our people.

We give back to our community by sponsoring fundraising, participating in local events that promote health and wellness, and partnering with other businesses bringing innovation and jobs to Northern Ontario. Our Student Experience Program allows interns and student volunteers to gain medical research experience.

We use sustainable business practices to help protect our planet and help preserve natural resources. Medicor is a registered EarthCare Sudbury company. We work diligently to reduce the use of plastics in our workspace by using refillable beverage containers, reducing single use plastics such as disposable water bottles, cutlery and plates; we also compost our kitchen waste and recycle all paper and cardboard. Our office uses energy saving lighting with sensors that automatically turn off room lights when not in use.

The Medicor team has a very strong and positive energy that many of our patients, clients, and colleagues state you can feel as soon as you come through our doors or work with one of our study coordinators, research assistants or physicians. We maintain a culture based on ethics and respect for the individual.  Our team approach to getting things done within our no gossip or harassment policies has allowed for the creation of great respect amongst our team members and an inclusive environment to enjoy on daily basis.  To further supplement our sensational culture, we believe strongly that work/life balance is of the utmost importance and the workload and hours of our team members is reflective of this goal.
